Hey there!

I've found a way to run the awesome HQ4X pack much faster.

I've been experimenting with .pngs and .xnbs, trying out different sizes and scalings and measuring times. In the end, I figured that the bottleneck is the long exceptions list (for the scaled textures).

So what I tried is putting there ONLY what's needed. I removed the pokemon and characters, as apparently, sprites don't need to be in the exceptions doc (maybe they auto detect their size). So, after I've removed every pokemon and character... the game works full speed with HQ4X.

I'm adding the exceptions.dat I've created that lets me run the game full-speed, and apparently, without bugs.

Great work with textures by the way.
