Not confirmed [Indev 0.46.2] Revival Herb Restoration

While using Revival Herbs during by battles in the Elite Four, I noticed that when I used them, they only restored half of the Pokemon's HP, when I believe it should restore all of their HP. I have also tested this issue with a Max Revive, but the Max Revive restored all of the Pokemon's HP like it should have, whereas the Revival Herbs only restore half of the Pokemon's HP.

Did you use the item during battle? If so, try this again, but outside of battle.

I only used the items outside of battle, and I also tested it on multiple Pokemon, and I received the same result of only half of their HP being restored

I checked the Pokemon 3D wiki for the Revival Herb item, and it says quote, "A very bitter medicinal herb. It revives a fainted Pokémon, fully restoring its HP." I also checked Bulbapedia and it said quote, "Revives a fainted Pokémon and restores it to full HP."
