Duplicate [Indev 0.46.2] Hypnosis Doesn't Work Properly

When I use Hypnosis and hit the opponent pokemon out the written that it was fall asleep but the pokemon don't fall asleep. i have tried many times all with the same results. Before the update the move worked.
