Duplicate Fall through the map after battle on stairs

I was leaving the slowpoke well when a wild pokemon appeared right before the stairs down, after I came out of the fight I went down the stairs and glitched through the map and got stuck, had to re-load.

Same thing happened to me the other day, and I freaked out, haha. I just manually changed my coordinates to pop me up in Azalea when I reloaded my game.
