Not a bug [0.46.1] Uncatchable Scizor in Twirl Forest.

After some effort I finally got to the end of Twirl Forest and discovered the level 90 Scizor. When I battled it, every time I try to throw a ball it blocks it. The battle clearly says it's wild and it even says, "The wild Pokemon blocked the Pokeball."

Sorry if this isn't a bug.
