People can't join my server?

Hey guys.

I really want to play this with friends but can't seem to get it so others can join via the net.

I have port forwarded the correct ports and checked that they are open. I have made sure no firewalls are blocking it. I often host servers for other games so I am at a loss as to why this is not working

Is there anything that I might be missing? When people try to join, it shows no response from the server with the red X.
