Solved Pokemon3D has stopped working?

I came here from the FAQ Can't start the game. No one of those solutions where working. I download the launcher. Download latest version ( 0.21 ) and start the game.Then it says to me : Pokemon has stopped working. What should i do?

did you try downloading the xna and .net runtimes? did the game give you a log file to post here saying what caused the crash? did you get an error at all, if so, what did it say?

Maybe I haven't installed xna on my pc. It doesn't "crash". when i click start the game it appears a window saying Pokemon has stopped running. So no, the game didn't give me a log file to post here.
