I logged on after the installing of patch .45.1 but all the pokemon in boxes 2 and 3 that I had are all gone now, which is inconvinient since it was my main team. I know that there was a post saying to remove all pokemon from the last box because the battle box was going to replace them at that they would be deleted. Also it seems that all the pokemon I had in box 1 prior to .45.1 are now back in box 1 and there are clones of them in party. I've lost roughly 15 or so pokemon from this....plz help.
