Solved General Off-Topic Forum?

I know we already have an off-topic forum but it is under the 'Pokemon' sub thread.
I was wondering if we could have one under a 'General' Sub Thread so we can talk about random stuff too?

Thats why we have the Off topic at the bottom. Why should we have another one?

No, no, no. Off topic is OFF TOPIC. And obviously pokemon is the topic.
