Mr.Mime and Mime Jr can't be bred with Nasty Plot.

Mime Jr. cannot breed at all because it's a baby Pokémon...

Bulbapedia says it can be bred with other pokes. I tested Hypno + Mr.Mime/Jr , Chimchar + Mr.Mime/Jr and none of the eggs had Nasty Plot. They all hatched with 1 move only.
