Fixed 44.2 fishing doesnt add an area to habitat mode

When you fish for a pokeman, it doesnt add the area to habitat mode. I found this out in Cerulean City so it might just be a glitch there.

That is because there are no Pokémon set to appear in Cerulean City, so no Habitat file for this place exists.
The Pokémon you catch there are the default fishing Pokémon.
@Darkfire needs to add the wild Pokémon there.

That is not the issue
I tested with both surfing and fishing
upon finding a pokemon while surfing the map was listed, but it wasnt listed after I fished

Fixed it.
