Not a bug Microsoft XNA 4.0

I've installed Microsoft XNA 4.0 Framework Redistributable but while installing the game it says that you need XNA 4.0 to play the game. I don't understand what's going on.

On the wiki it says for the latest launcher you need a Net framework version from 2.0 to 3.5. I guess 4 support was dropped?

That launcher is not made by Kolben Games, so we don't support it. Ask the programmer about this.
