Can't join friends server.

Me and a friend are trying to play pokemon 3d online with the server, and it would come up with an error saying "object reference not set to an instance of an object." We are playing on 0.42 server, using hamachi to connect to each other. But we kept getting that message if we used the Play Online character or the Load Game character. Help?

You don't need Hamachi to connect to someone's server...

The old way of connecting nolonger works
if a small group of you wish to play together you need to set a server with portforwarding
or you can join a larger server hosted by someone else
(the only one atm is hosted by JLS and you can find his thread on it in the general section)

Honestly, shouldn't we allow both ways because that is easier for those that have issues with portforwarding or can't because of reasons?
