Fixed [0.41.1] Achievement Spam with Pokédex

Everytime I open my Pokédex, I keep getting notifications for earning the "POKEDEX" and "EEVEE" emblems. I was doing this on @Malcolm Reynolds' server (alone). I tried this on Local, but it didn't work, so I believe it's a server issue.

As well as doing other things like beating the Elite Four.
