Multiplayer [Indev 0.40] Server Running but Offline

It appears that the server is capable of appearing offline despite being run on a computer with a working Internet connection.

Log.dat is apparently empty.
I can confirm that my Internet was working while it was offline.
Users report that it seems to go offline on its own and sometimes comes back an hour or so later. (Take this with a grain of salt since this isn't first hand)
Restarting the executable file seems to fix the problem.

He created his server just to ease the stress of the main server... don't think it will be an official server.

so i checked back, and its working again, but it keeps kicking me for not beeing logged into gamejolt, even though i am

So, you log into Gamejolt through the lightning bolt, then you press ''Play Online'' right?
Or do you press ''Load Game''?

the server isnt responding ATM, but ill try both again
