Duplicate Mud Slap's PP going into the negative.

Found another Glitch, after Mudslap reachs 0, it goes into the negative after using it. Repeat use causes it to go negative 1-, -2, -3, -4, etc.

This has been reported many times. The bug is not a priority in fixing right now, so if anything you should take advantage of it.
