When you take a Pokémon out of the Day-Care (while two Ppkémon are in there), the Day-Care says something along the lines of "very well, please come again", then he asks if you want to take the other Pokémon out of the Day-Care. If you say yes and take it out, he does say his outro dialogue again, which makes sense. But if you hit no, he says it again anyway, even though there's really no need.
What I propose is that we move the "Very well. Please come again." string to after the "Do you want the other one too?" string while there are really two Pokémon in the Day-Care. We can leave the script as is while there's only one Pokémon in the Day-Care.
tl;dr: He repeats "Very well. Please come again." twice, once before you're given the option, and once after you decline his offer to take your other Pokémon out of the Day-Care.
