Duplicate Team Rocket Grunt doesn't move (0.39)

Starting Trainer
When I defeated all of team rocket grunts on the team rocket hideout on the second trap, the last grunt walks away but stops.
I could not advance because of this.

That is one of the RocketHQ trap-errors which were already mentioned a couple of times and are fixed in the next version.
