Just as indicated, its Pokedex entry says

instead of 'An underpowered, pathetic Pokémon. It may jump high on rare occasions, but never more than seven feet.' (Quote from Bulbapedia)

And don't mind the German translations (or at least the German name); it's the same for the english version.

Though there appears to be a sentence mixing issue in the screenshot, we may not use that particular Pokédex entry. We could use some other version.

Who is actually not playing on the most recent version? (and by the way, for some reason i can't seem to figure out how to use the habitatmode, i searched the forum but didn't find the command, is it already usable?)

There is an option for using a lower game version, so we need to confirm which version it's on before we can begin fixing.

In the Pokédex hit the down arrow key to access Habitat Mode.
