Solved I can not post any maps... why?

I was going to do an update for Secret Maps when it said I could not. Then I found out I could not do anything in that section, why?

It might have auto-locked there....

If a thread is inactive for too long(1 or 3 months, I don't remember) it will be locked by the website preventing you from making new posts like is need ed to update the resource
I have gone through and unlocked any and all resources so
