Alright I'll give it a go. For starters I don't think this can be posted in general discussion as it doesn't really pertain to the game, or pokemon at all. Your title could also do to be a little more specific. If I understand correctly you're asking people here how to make a popular youtube video? or how to increase your viewcount. You have also no specified anything about the videos in question, nor have you provided a link for them to critique.

Your first step would be to post your videos to the video section of the forums, a la here http://pokemon3d.net/forum/forums/15/ . The question you're asking could be much better solved simply by googling how to make a good youtube video, you will get hundreds of links to guides that way.

Not sure if this post will get moved/deleted, so I'll just wait for a mod to show up and tell me how right/wrong I am.
