The level up learning bug is fixed.
The PP bug is known and won't be fixed for now since I need to finish the battle system at that point.

Intentional, we are following the 5th gen mechanic where you can use TMs more than once.

So we switch to easy to teach TM then back to S-Hard I guess :p . Damn wish I knew it sooner I wasted a couple of TMs :(

That's an intended behavior ;)
The difficulties are optional, that's why you can switch between them ingame.

And why don't you add an option that ask the player if they want to use the TM once or for ever, to don't have to change the difficulties every time that one want to teach a TM?

That's what I mean. The difficulties are optional, I don't want to force the players to play on one difficulty only. When they want to change their difficulty just to use TMs more than once, they don't play on the hard modes anymore. But that's totally up for them to decide. The hard mode however sets that you are not able to use TMs multiple times.

I m thinking of changing it to easy each time i wanna use a TM but I still want to consider myself as a S-hard mode player. I mean if we are using the later gen mechanics why waste TMs? I m sure that in Black/White 2 you keep the tm s even in challenging mode. I kind of agree with Daziman s suggestion :p

I find the idea of telling someone that they are on the wrong difficulty and might loose their TMs when they use them is a silly idea
imo the whole point of having that mechanic is to trip people up and have them use up a TM on difficulty 1 and loose it or something
the "TMs dont go away" thing is not a feature we want to make 100% obvious
