Fixed Safari zone failed to run away

Minor bug. You fail to run away from some pokemon some times

From what I recall this can occur in the real games too, but it's pretty uncommon.

Really? It never happened to me. Failed to run away happens when your pokemon is slower than the wild one. Since in Safari zone it is trainer vs pokemon and the trainer doesn t have a speed stat I don t think this should happen. Of course with my new rank my trainer is now a Pokefan and is kinda fat so he must be slower

I will make it so you can run away all the time. It doesn't make any sense to not be able to. Also, it determines if you can run away from the first Pokémon in your party.
