Fixed [0.20] Damage from being poisoned

When I was battling with my poisoned Ghastly I saw the damage taken from poison decrease with time, at first it took 3 hp, then after a while (I wasn't paying attention to it) it reduced to 2, and when my hp dropped below 8, I only took 1 damage a turn. I think maybe the script doesn't take 1/8th of your total hp but of your current?

In the theory, it should take 1/8 of the max HP.
Surely it's a bug.
