Implemented Escape Rope in Sprout Tower

I apologize if this isn't in the right forum, I didn't see anywhere else to post it.
If memory serves, there was an escape rope in the top of Sprout Tower next to the elder for an easy escape. It's not a pressing issue I just thought I would bring it to someone's attention for accuracy (and a little convenience).
