Not a bug Ho-oh appearing in the Oak scene

Let me tell that better.Like 2-3 days ago I downloaded the game,I pressed ''New Game'' ...The text is normal until Oak throws a Pokeball and Ho-oh appears...Is that an Easter egg?Or the code tells EVERY single pokemon and not this:''EVERY single pokemon EXCEPT the lengedary ones'' Also sorry for using caps...

I'm 99% sure that this isn't a bug.

The Pokemon on the start you see is random (by me was Dewgong and Maril) I started the game 2x new.

He had Eevee, Wartortle, SUICUNE (TAKE THAT, EUSINE!)...
So it's normal.

yea, the pokemon you see when you first see him should be random, just as it is on the gameboy.
