Fixed Hoppip Synthesis doesn't heal

I battled a couple of wild Hoppip and noticed that when they use Synthesis, it says that they restored hp, but the hp remains at the level they were originally at. Not sure if this happens for a player's Hoppip, since I haven't attempted it yet. I've also confirmed that the trainer's Hoppip does not heal with Synthesis either.

Actually it heals the enemy instead of the Hoppip, kinda funny, using Hoppips in the grass to heal me up :3
