Shiny Indicator In Battle

Because not all models have their shiny variants, I feel that it's entirely possible to defeat or run away from a shiny Pokémon on accident.
So maybe to the side of the Poké Ball symbol that indicates whether you caught it or not, there should be a star (identical to the one on the Summary screen of shinies).

Doesn't the battle system offer a sparkly visual effect and an audio effect when a shiny Pokemon is encountered?

in the official games yes but not in p3d.

Even so, an effect that only appears at the start of battle would be easy to miss on it's own.

Also the Zubat family's sprites look tinted green, but aren't shiny.

There is a significant difference between the shiny sprites, though Nidoran female...

I don't think anyone would notice that it is shiny, because it looks so similar to the Nidoran color & easy to miss if you are not really into shiny sprites.

Wait what, you tell me mine has a significant difference when really it's mouth is just closed and it's a slightly darker shade of yellow and then bring up one that completely obvious as it goes from light blue to purple and it's harder to mistake?

I mean I guess if you can't see shapes that'd be a problem but I really can't see how that would ever happen lol.

Edit: Sorry if I seem harsh here, just couldn't really find a better way to word it, it seems really silly and i can't see that happening to anyone unless they're half asleep.

Needless to say, it would be nice if there was a star by the name of the pokemon or a star animation when they come out of the pokeball or appear in the wild. Just makes things lots easier, in these cases where the pokemon is just slightly different or the shiny model isn't in-game yet.
