If you press the "news" button from the forum, it will open the actual news page, with the chat, the updates and everything.

But if you press the "news" button from the new Home page, it will open the new and buggy news page.

the chat channel cant be accessed from the home page u have to click on something like forums and then click news instead of just clicking news

I know. My Desktop stopped working on sunday and I fixed it late yesterday. I will fix it as soon as I have installed all the apps I need. If you follow me on Twitter you should have read this.
