sorry, there it is no way (yet) to get twisted spoon
but maybe in the future updates they add it as a prize for a competition or something

There is also abilities like thief that isnt working yet so you can't really steal items. Many items will be added in-game through NPC too so keep looking updates and you should be able to get your twisted spoon sooner or later ^^.

they will be probably added in the next version or if not, then its next one
but i am pretty sure they are working at the abilities already
