Pokemon 3D is spamming my email:eek:
Today i check my email and if someone like my post or quote me i got emails from Pokemon 3D that it telling me what someone said and who liked

click on your name up near the top right
goto your profile and edit your settings in the left hand bar

also you can disable all emails from the site by clicking a link in the emails you get from here(I just noticed it :p)
