I can't win the ghost gym, can someone please send me a lvl 30 pokemon to win it?

Take out some Stantlers for lvls at the route before Ecruteak and you will be fine .

You could also use eevee, he dominates that gym because ghosts don't affect it and bite is super effective against ghost

Where can i find an eevee?

When you have reached Ecruteak City, you walk into the pokemon center & encounter Bill. After that you go to Bill's house in western Goldenrod & he will give you an eevee.
