It doesn't work that way, you download the update yourself through the launcher (not online) when the update gets the green light. It's technically impossible to be playing and update at the same time.

I mean when the new version release and i play online, what will happen to me? Will the servers close the lose my save? May i got glitched, or nothing?

No, you'll just continue playing on the old version until you exit the game and download the new version from the launcher.
