Fixed Assorted bugs 0.35.2

Making a note of every bug I see on my present run, will update as I find more.
Small graphical bugs at transition between areas. Pictured in order are Route 31, 32, and 3 at Route 36.

After seeing the legendary dogs cutscene in the burned tower your following pokemon will be hovering over the stairs.

In Mt. Mortar there is a Pokemaniac with brackets [] around POKE.

Route 41. Not sure what's happening there.

This may not be as much of a bug, but I find it slightly annoying that some PKMN are covered almost completely by the snow.

Another of those transitional bugs at Route 43 to Lake Rage.

Also at Route 43, there are small trees which you can't use headbutt on.

The different colors mark the transitions between routes(not a bug)
Could you go back to the place with the trees and press f3 beforeretaking the screenshot?
