battle tower and battle frontier will be added, because its a Heartgold\Soulsilver remake
also, there will be hoenn, and hoenn have battle frontier , so its almost 100% confirmed

Two battle frontiers seems a bit redundant. I hope they include a PWT somewhere, and in one of the frontiers seems like it could work.
