Fixed Slowpoke Cave Stairs Error

I went to walk up the stairs and am now stuck in this prison... See screenshot.

As a heads up, make sure to always carry around a few Escape ropes for this reason. It happens in many caves, and it can be fixed, but its easier if you can just get yourself out right away.
