Option to Remove Weather (like snow)

the weather does look really annoying when you put graphics on fast, although my computer only lags when going into battle, and i'm getting a new one soon.

There should be an option to just turn weather to "light", for visual or performance preferences. Rather than reducing the quality of weather, there would just be less weather particles or whatever. In my opinion it doesn't necessarily ever need turned off, just reduced.
