Free camera movent while talking to NPCs

While I was walking and not looking straight, NPC talked to me and I couldn't move camera, so i just looked into wall. I think this should be solved in some way. Free camera movement may be good idea.

this should be fixed in the next version (0.16) if i'm not mistaken. i clicked on "Future Version" on startup.

The current version is .19_1
