Special Swarms

I know there's Darkfire's Daily Competition and this is a G/S/C game (but you can get pokemons that you can't get in HG/SS), but this way you can add 3rd/4th/5th Gen as available pokemons faster.
The swarms should be in a random route or a new area like Berry Vista, in one day of the week and a low chance of appearing; to keep them a bit rare.
