Here are the major crashes/bugs I've gotten up to Mahogany:

Left most dancer in the place you get surf crashes when you try to battle her.

Crash in first floor of rocket hideout in Mahogany when walking on the first trap area.

Got a crash in the grass south of Lake Rage. No pokemon encounters in that grass as well.

The boulders in the 5th gym are invisible, you can still move them, they're just invis.

Try turning off your texture pack, it might make boulders visible again. It happened to me too. ^^

I found the problems(the strength rock thing is not me i don't mess with textures in my mod yet
