Because the guys that are calling me most of the time basically don't say anything usefull and that way i could increase the chances of getting the usefull calls like getting the stone for example.

oh i didn't know there was a certain day. I totally thought it was random.
Just wondering in the original games (pokemon gold/silver/crystal) is it the same time too?

The times @Goldn posted are correct, and the sun and moon stone are implemented now. I can at least confirm that calling Irwin while the season is Fall does might get you a Sunstone, haven't personally confirmed the Moonstone but have met others who have gotten it. Updated info is on my profile at the moment.

I think you get a sunstone if you call him during daytime, and a moonstone for nighttime, but I'm not 100% sure. ^^
