Move Deleter

I really fucked up and put the wrong HM on one of my pokemon and i can't move forward in the game because of that. i feel really dumb, but i would love if you put in the Move deleter so i can change my HM.

If give the opportunity to learn the moves instead of forgotten, which were not studied before, the move deleter can be really useful thing

For example, Gengar has 30+ lvl - move night shade is now not very effective. Then, i raised my gengar to 60+ lvl and in this moment i want to learn night shade. Can move deleter teach to my gengar move night shade? Or in next updates will be added NPC that can teach moves from list of moves of specific pokemon?
