Do trainers call you back for rematches?

Has that been implemented yet? I get a lot of bullshit calls like "Hey, what's up? I'm busy. Bye." And sometimes I get items, but no rematch yet.

I've only ever been rematched one trainer, Juggler Irwin I think his name is? The voltorb guy near the national park xD. He's actually battled me a few times now
The others thus far have just called to tell me how nice the grass looks, about their homework or some other random stupid thing lol

Youngster Joey called me about re-battle, as a first call, I was shocked he did not call to tell me about his Super cool Rattata.

He always tells me he caught a new pokémon and says he wants to battle soon. By the time I meet him, he's changed hid mind.

I personally find it rather annoying when they call you for no reason and then tell you that THEY'RE busy like wtf do you think i'm doing.
