I'm still here! I guess no one really uses the old forums anymore, so I'm moving the all the links to the game files here, on the official and proper forums.
Since this game seems to be getting so many downloads, I have uploaded it to multiple different sites to try and have enough bandwidth for everyone having these issues. The file is a .zip, so you should be able to open it with or without an external program, as Windows should be able to open and extract the files.

Edit #1: Fixed some download links and made the links open a new tab when clicked on.
Edit #2: I added links to the XNA 4.0 and .NET Framework 4.0 files on Microsoft's site.
Edit #3: Updated the files to Pokemon 3D 0.15.1. This includes some bug fixes on the launcher. Also added a note on the download links as to which version it is (hover the mouse over the link and wait for the box to come up)
Edit #4: Added a link to the website.
Edit #5: Version 0.17 was released, and links have been added accordingly.
Edit #6: Version 0.18_1 was released. Time to have added: < 4 hours after release.
Edit #7: Version 0.19_1 was released. Time to have added: > 1 day after release. I was a bit slow >.<
