Fixed [.34] (ONLINE)rocket grunt still in radio tower after leader defeated

Not sure if just me, I did not battle him while in the tower at all, I was heading back down and he was there, I talked to him to see what would happen and he is battling me.

Here is a link of photos showing the grunt still visible

Leaving and coming back to the tower does not make the grunt dissapear

Yeah he's there for everyone. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I assume it likely is.
