In every Pokécenter there is a map on the wall.

No, you will need to get to Cianwood and defeat Chuck to get the HM fly. I just thought you were looking for a map.

I doubt there will ever be a quick travel in the game that isn't flying.
It's Pokémon after all.

Sorry I must have worded my question poorly - I was asking if fly was a means of quick travel, but, i wasnt sure because i couldnt find a map. You have shown me light! *flash* And i now see there is both maps and you can fly from them
