Implemented Struggle

I think it`s important to put Struggle in the game as fast as possible. I think it`s not hard to do and make a good difference in the game. For those who don`t know what Struggle is, it is that attack your pokemon uses when you run out of PP from all your moves.

I always wondered what happened when a Pokémon's PP reaches zero since this game lacks the Struggle attack.

However, I do believe adding this would be a good idea.
