Fixed [0.34] Fixed Route 45 Trainer Files

Replace the route45 folder in Pokemon\Scripts\trainer\ with this.

The two errors are:

(1) The game tries to reference .dat.dat files instead of .dat
(2) 008.dat tries to open trainer 007 instead of trainer 008
