How do I get another TM01

When I beat chuck a few updates ago, he didnt give me one.

I know the glitch has been fixed by now, but I want to know where I can get the TM now.

Hmmm.... Either on the 5th floor (Whatever floor comes before the roof.) of the Goldenrod City store or you'll have to cheat it in. How does one do that? Well, that would be editing the store scripts.
