How do I get Eevee

I went to Bills house but he isn't there. Am I supposed to defeat the 3rd gym leader? Can someone tell me what I need to do please.

Yes, beat the third Gym leader, go to Ecruteak City and enter the Pokécenter there. You'll see Bill there talking to Joy.

Also, you made 2 threads, delete one of them.

Btw, you can use google for these things! The game follows C/G/S so just google guides for that and boom! You'll get the answers you need

Not sure if I'm allowed to post this here....but here is the only thing you need to know about Eevee. Besides having to beat the Gym leader first!
